Offline-first

The wifi stops at the top of the stairs. The app doesn't.

Restoration happens in flooded basements with no signal. Jobs are cached on the phone, and every punch, photo, reading and scan is captured on the spot and queued. When signal comes back, it uploads itself — in order, and nothing leaves the phone until the server confirms it landed.
